Yeah, just f*&king fabulous...

My psycho neighbor actually uttered threats.

"If you slam your door again, I'm going to smash your face"

Yeah, sounds stupid, but the whole incident was stupid, so... but then again, it also sounds stupid because I've never slammed my apt. door.

As soon as I heard the threat, I was thrilled... not "thrilled" you understand, but pleased that he was so stupid and has now made it so easy for me to get rid of him. One sound out of this guy from here on in and the police will deal with him.

Apparently, he's not all there (according to my landlord and superintendent). His mom seems nice, though... if a bit dumb for letting a nutjob live with her. Once Ass-face had taken his meds he wanted to apologize, but the super told him not to come to my door again or try to speak to me in the hall.

I reiterated to the super that while I'll accept his (post-medication) apology, if he comes to my door or tries to speak to me again, the cops will be at his door within minutes.

No one accosted me as I left my apt. this morning.. so we'll see.
